Most questions about playing MilkyWay online have the same answer: sign up, or ask the crew in ground control chat at the bottom right. The details are below. Rule questions quote the Game Rules, and device questions link to the How to Play guide.
How do I play MilkyWay online?
Sign up. Creating an account is the only way to play MilkyWay online, it takes about a minute, and free play is added to your new account under the posted free play terms.
Is there a Milky Way APK for iPhone?
No. APK files only run on Android, so there is no working Milky Way APK for iPhone and you do not need one. Sign up or open ground control chat at the bottom right, and the crew will send the access route that works on iOS.
Where can I get the MilkyWay 777 download?
You do not need to search for it. After you sign up, or when you ask in ground control chat, the crew sends the correct download or web link for your device. Please avoid unofficial file sites.
My Milky Way login is not working. What now?
Check capital letters and spaces first. If it still fails, message the crew in ground control chat. They will verify your identity and reset your password.
Do I have to pay anything to play?
No purchase is necessary to take part in sweepstakes promotions, and paying never improves your odds of winning. Deposits are optional and governed by the posted Game Rules. Void where prohibited.
How old do I need to be?
At least 18, or 21 where your local law requires it. Accounts that belong to minors are closed.
What is the difference between the Bonus Orbit and the Straight Orbit?
Bonus Orbit (the 100-50 Rule) adds a 100% bonus to every deposit and splits winnings 50/50 between you and the game. Straight Orbit (the No Bonus Rule) adds no bonus and lets you cash out up to 3x your deposit. Full details are on the Game Rules page.
When can I redeem?
Under the system rules you need at least 20–25 minutes of gameplay and a minimum $10 deposit per redemption request. Back-to-back redemptions are not allowed, and after hitting the maximum limit the next redemption opens 24 hours later.
Will free play or bonuses help me win?
No. Results are never guaranteed, and free play or bonuses do not change the odds of any game. Treat Milky Way as entertainment.
How do I take a break?
Ask the crew in ground control chat for a cool-off period or account closure. The Responsible Play page lists device tools and free helplines such as 1-800-GAMBLER.
Nothing here answers it?
